New player takeaway:

How Doom Walker Works (why it hurts)

Doom Walker has 5 marches of equal strength.

What happens in a DW rally

  1. Round 1: Your March 1 vs their March 1, your March 2 vs their March 2, etc.
  2. Survivors advance to the next round.
  3. Rounds continue until one side is eliminated.

Important: Everyone takes a hit in Doom Walker.

Even weaker players will fight and lose troops. This is normal for the mechanic.

This squad bit off more than it could chew: only one player made it to Round 2.

Troop losses carry over from round to round, so early losses make later rounds worse.

How Doom Elite Works (why it’s great for farming)

Doom Elite is a single target.

What happens in a DE rally

  1. Lead march attacks first.
  2. If the lead wins, the Doom Elite dies and the fight is over.
  3. Joiners behind a strong lead may never fight.
